And that springs
Are within range

In which His favor did appear
To pull our hearts so very near

His love, it surely will prevail
And break into the darkest jail
Where soul and heart not yet believe
That our Lord is deep in grief

For you, and me, and everyone
He doesn’t care what we have done
Since it was love that made Him bear
This wooden cross no one could share

He is afraid to be a flop
And clutches at a straw to prop
The set of lies he cannot stop

Not only men like that do fear
To always drive in bottom gear
Because of public in the rear
